Please contact us first to confirm availability and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). While we enjoy grading cards and serving our great customers, our love of country sometimes causes a temporary pause in services when deployed to support F-15E Strike Eagle military operations.

1) Once we’ve confirmed availability to take your order, we will e-mail the appropriate submission form to you (easy fill with auto-fill features). Please fill this out, place one copy inside your submission package and keep a copy for your records.

2) We recommend using “Card Saver I” or similar semi-rigid card holders when you ship your cards. If using top-loaders it’s best to sleeve first to prevent damage during shipment.

3) Ensure cards are well protected inside the package with bubble wrap or foam and that they are secure enough to prevent them from moving around inside the box during shipment.

4) If necessary, please insure your package to cover the value of your cards in the event that they are lost/misplaced by your carrier. We are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive at our location.

6) Once your order is complete, we will use your preferred payment method (as indicated on the order form) to complete payment before we ship your order.
